Over the last few years we've had an opportunity to help this client triple their IT team.  All but one placement has been because of growth; this opening is the exception.  The incumbent is leaving for personal reasons and is willing to show their replacement "the ropes".   We are exceptionally picky about the folks we put in front of our clients and they are no exception.  Resumes must be well written, show a pattern of growth and error free.  They favor candidates who have a history of committing to an organization for a number of years so people with a history of consulting will not be considered.  Our client is in the business of helping people improve the quality of their lives and will only hire someone who is committed to the same cause.

You will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the users to help identify business problems, and will propose IT solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.  They will also be responsible for documenting, communicating, and validating requirements. 

What's required:

• 3 years of business analyst experience.
• 3 years of experience with analysis tools (Visio, etc...).
• Knowledge of relational database modeling, object oriented programming, and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with healthcare or web-based solutions.
• Project management experience
